It is needed
Before going on an internship, agree with your supervisor on a list of goals and objectives that have been prepared for you. This makes it much easier to structure your work. This section is the first part of your internship report.
Start writing your report as soon as you start your internship. If you postpone this work until the last day, you can forget about many details. In addition, the last days of the training are much more pleasant than to spend on making a report, walking around interesting places or having a farewell party with new acquaintances.
Break the main goals of the internship into smaller steps. In the learning process, describe how you solved specific problems. Make sure to focus on the difficulties you are facing. Separately mark the most apparent thoughts, facts, and skills that were most helpful.
Carry a camera with you throughout the stage and take pictures. Try to keep your photos from getting boring. Find exciting details around you, and take pictures of fellow interns and ordinary people around you. These photos are a great addition to your report and give the manager a full shot of your work.
List the essential findings and results you achieved during the training period. Remember that every stage is applied in nature. Analyze how can use the acquired knowledge in practice. Mention the most important recommendations and wishes for organizing an internship that may be useful for the following participants.
Include all documents and materials that you received during the internship with the report. Making copies of various teaching materials, theses, and handouts can be helpful for work and education.
